About Me

Charmaine devoted four years to the Canadian Armed Forces, where she learned all about structure, discipline, and teamwork. She also worked in human resources at Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 company, before she started her own business as a Virtual Assistant, a business concept that she started before Virtual Assistants were even a thing. She was the very first person to provide a description of that phrase to Wikipedia.

She then started to branch out again where she became a productivity consultant working with companies such as CIBC Wood Gundy a premier provider of wealth management services, Stikeman and Elliott LLP, a globally recognized leader in Canadian law and other notable organizations, but she felt that something was missing and she was not really stepping into her purpose.

LEAP OF FAITH

Charmaine felt that she was made for more. She had a passion for helping others achieve their goals and as a result she decided to become a passion mentor—a title and role that she defined for herself.

Charmaine is passionate about motivating others to just go after their goals using the gifts and talents they are born with. This self-starter attitude has been profiled in The Toronto Star, The Globe and Mail, The Financial Post, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), to name a few.

Charmaine has come full circle and can proudly say that she calls potential and purpose out of people; she helps you get started in your passion and connects you to the resources, people, and mentorship you need to keep going. Your passion is her passion, and her goal is to help you achieve yours.
